Until Now is the second studio album by Swedish house music supergroup Swedish House Mafia. The album was released on 22 October 2012 to mixed reviews by music critics who praised its singles and the rework of Coldplay's "Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall", but deemed the record to be more suited for live play than home listening. - Wikipedia

Beats are stonkingly four-to-the-floor, singers wail, breakdowns shudder. The apotheosis is The Island, a blaring remix for Pendulum, which presumes anyone listening will be so trolleyed they won't notice its manifest lack of soul or brains.

It will pummel you with thrilling and euphoric beats regardless of whether you'd had enough or not. In that sense, Until Now is a job well done.

Until Now never quite shakes the feeling of being a little gratuitous – a few euphoric gems aside, there isn’t enough creative spark on the record to justify its existence.
