    it's fun and quite enjoyable

The innate humor makes it sound more genuine and "classic Alice" than his other, blander albums from this period ... much of the album is unusually well-written for non-peak Alice Cooper, and "Poison" still carries magic

The result is unfortunately what I consider to be a weak disc, dated to the times, and with only a few strong songs that have held up over the years. It is certainly a creative low

2008 - Two things stand about this record, though. First are the awful, awful lyrics, which I can’t imagine anyone singing with a straight face

2017 - there are some really catchy songs on here but at the same time, it’s a little too commercial- with some songs cringe worthy. Overall, this one is okay.

  • Louder Sound

The third entry in Alice’s heavy metal comeback quadrilogy, Trash is the goofiest and cheesiest of a pretty overripe bunch. But while it earns zero points for subtlety or nuance, it makes up for it in big, dumb fun.

2010 - As perfect as glam+hard rock get. If you are a fan of great electric riffs and an ultra-energizing 10-song-album with only 2 songs that barely give you a time to rest, this album is THE ONE.
