The Pinkprint

Trinidadian-born rapper and songwriter Nicki Minaj released her third studio album—The Pinkprint—on December 15, 2014, through Young Money Entertainment, Republic Records, and Cash Money records. Minaj was a co-executive producer of the album along with Lil Wayne, Ronald Williams, and Birdman. Pinkprint departs from her previous album’s dance-pop theme to focus on her traditional beginnings of hip-hop.

The Pinkprint received widely positive reviews from worldwide music critics, many of whom applauded its excellent production. The album reached #2 on the US Billboard 200, landing at #60 on Rolling Stone’s best of the decade list. Read more about Nicki Minaj’s album reviews here!
