The Otherside
The Otherside is the second studio album by American countryartist Cam. It was released by RCA/Triple Tigers on October 30, 2020, five years after her previous album Untamed.
The album broadens Cam's musical stylings, with some tracks including electronic, R&B and soft rock elements paired with her trademark acoustic country pop. Songwriting collaborators on the record include Jack Antonoff and the late Avicii as well as Sam Smith and Harry Styles, who Cam toured with in 2017 and 2018 respectively. -Wikipedia

‘The Otherside’ is a powerfully personal record and it defiantly moves Cam’s sound in a new, more experimental direction, whilst retaining the authenticity in her lyrics that made ‘Untamed’ such a hit. We’re already waiting to see what happens next, let’s hope we don’t have to wait as long till the next one.

It’s a cinematic, captivating multi-sided story through and through, and Cam proves herself to be one of the best artists in music right now. There is so much chaos in the world right now, and for just under 40 minutes, Cam has provided an escape.
