    I've said from the beginning, if the writing and tunes were good, that was fine. The problem is that they aren't and Andy Grammer's earnest wholesomeness can start to curdle when confronted with the necessary reality of human emotions and failings, and that can make his lack of dimensionality tougher to stomach.
