Show All-
Renowned for Sound
History has shown that Ring Ring simply sowed the seeds for one of the greatest pop acts. Ever.
-
All Music
-the music has several unusual attributes, including Andersson and Ulvaeus singing lead on several cuts, and also one original song, the moody ballad "Disillusion," co-authored by Agnetha Faltskog.

Culture Fusion Reviews
-this should be your last ABBA purchase. You might even be able to live without it, as long as you have “Ring, Ring” on a greatest hits or something. Or if you buy one of those cute collections of ABBA albums that come with bonus tracks.
-
Sparkly Pretty Briiiight
-as a record of what ABBA were and would become the Ring Ring Deluxe Edition is as a complete a version as you’re likely to get of ABBA’s first LP, and a fine addition to any fan’s collection.

Don Ignacio Reviews
If it needs to be said, I'm officially NOT RECOMMENDING this album to anyone who I scared off already even vaguely. This might be worth listening to once, but you'd have to be some sort of psycho-person if you get strong desires to re-listen to this a whole lot.

ABBA: The Albums
RING RING, has a certain appeal due to it's infectious, innocent sound. and also has a certain rarity appeal due to it being so hard to get for so long in so many parts of the world.

Record Collector Mag
The gorgeous, melancholic undertow that made them the second most compelling living soap opera of the 70s (after the even more starcrossed Fleetwood Mac) is conspicuously absent. Nevertheless, there’s Disillusion – a graceful hand-wringer that hints at heartbreak yet to come – and the prescient sentiment of the otherwise makeweight Love Isn’t Easy (But It Sure Is Hard Enough).

ABBA Record Reviews
This is the worst album they ever recorded, [but] contains great songs not featured on any compilation and very average songs added quickly after the triumph on the Swedish charts with the title track.

Music Trespass
This album is a great piece of history and the added bonus items on this release make it even better for any ABBA fan and to understanding the album so I think this is a really good purchase for anyone wanting to get into the early work of the band.
