Critic Reviews
Show All-
TIME
Lambert reinforces the principles underlying both Platinum and the rest of her career: feminine strength, force of personality, and command of the situation.
-
Entertainment
There’s just enough swagger to suggest that she got it wrong about her marriage to Shelton. She’s not Priscilla. She’s Elvis.

The New York Times
Her characters in these songs--are complex, self-confident and self-lacerating all at once, and most crucially, completely knowing and in on the joke.

FOCUS on the 615
Miranda has a lot to say with this album, and it’s pure entertainment through and through.
-
UPROXX
She's feisty, she doesn't mince words, and she gives as good, if not better, than she gets.
-
spectrum pulse
The songwriting is less consistent, the production problems have not gone away, and it's really too long to sustain the sort of impact it wants to have.
-
