Much more than ready-made music for "girls". It has universal appeal for any lover of quality music.

It’s the raw soul searching lyrics and perfectly meshed music they’re set to that create a picture and a story for the listener. All this happens while she sings beautifully and always in-tune to the emotion according to the song.

Sarah Bareilles's debut album fails to live up to the promise of 'Love Song'.

The songs are sultry and generally upbeat, and delivered in a soulful manner with polished production and arrangement, but her X factor is in her ability to make it all sound unforced and very, very easy. Unquestionably, she's a natural with a huge voice and personality that shine through with spirited energy here.

She’s got loads of talent with song writing, as shown not only on “Love Song”, but on every track on this record.

Not some mind-blowing work that will go down in history, that much is certain. But if you're looking for a top-to-bottom strong piano-rock album, you could do much worse.

A solid album, though I still think she has a lot of room to grow in her career, which is certainly not a bad thing.

Little Voice is a misleading title because Sara Bareilles has a dynamic voice that interweaves seamless into melodies that stand the test of time.

She's everything we should want out of a popular musician, and "Little Voice" is some damn good work out of her.
