I Am Not a Human Being II is the tenth studio album by American rapper Lil Wayne. It was released on March 22, 2013, by Young Money Entertainment, Cash Money Records and Republic Records. Recording sessions took place during 2008 to 2012, with Lil Wayne serving as the records executive producers, alongside Ronald "Slim" Williams and Birdman, who enlisted a wide variety of record producers such as Cool & Dre, Mike Will Made It, David Banner, T-Minus, Diplo, Juicy J and StreetRunner, among others. The album serves as the sequel to I Am Not a Human Being (2010), incorporating the elements of these hip hop styles. The album was supported by three singles: "No Worries" featuring Detail, "Love Me" featuring Drake and Future, and "Rich As Fuck" featuring 2 Chainz; the latter of which peaked at numbers 29, 9 and 38 respectively, on the US Billboard Hot 100. - Wikipedia

Pitchfork
The possibility that Lil Wayne's new album could be overshadowed by his recent health scare is confirmed by this rote, crass reassembly of what once made him great.
-
Rolling Stone
This is exactly the record you’d expect to hear from Weezy in 2013: a solid album by a brilliant MC who’s half-interested.
-
Consequence of Sound
I Am Not a Human Being II descends into nonsensical party rap.
-
NME
The once-great Cash Money star is bankrupt of ideas.
-
All Music
Lil Wayne's I Am Not a Human Being series is noticeably looser.
-
Pretty Much Amazing
Weezy doesn't make being messed up sound fun anymore.
-
Sputnik Music
I Am Not a Human Being II is not the malignant abortion its contextual framework has it set up to be.
-
LA Times
I Am Not a Human Being II” shows us Lil Wayne responding weakly to the unsettling prospect of weakness.
-
SPIN
Human Being II is mostly concerned with screwing women and feeling alienated from the rest of the world. Bleak stuff.
-
The Guardian
Though he dives in with relish, Wayne mostly comes up empty-handed.
-
The Drop
Lil Wayne's 2010 album, 'I Am Not a Human Being,' was praised as his most fun and experimental. The same could be said for his 2013 sequel, 'I Am Not a Human Being II,' out today.
-
XXL Magazine
In order to convince a fan to love an album nowadays, it just can't be considered "good enough", with three or four good songs. It'd be a stretch to say IANAHB2 had any more than that.
-
Soul in Stereo
After listening to I Am Not A Human Being II, the sequel to his 2010 album, he’s gonna have an even harder time getting fans to visit his planet.
-
News Day
A waste.
-
Entertainment Weekly
Lil Wayne still has his curveball, but on I Am a Human Being II his MVP status is behind him.
-
Music Feeds
After all, he’s not a human being. He’s trying to remain a vital rapper though, and that’s enough for now.
-
Pop Matters
Once again Lil Wayne fails to recapture the energy and spirit that elevated him to the highest peaks of hip-hop superstardom.

The Pop Break
Somewhere along the way people stopped saying “no” to Lil Wayne.

Might not prove that Weezy is truly extraterrestrial, but he is still one of a kind on this planet.
-
AV Music
I Am Not A Human Being II doesn’t offer any more new ideas than its title promise
-
Brent Music Reviews
On I Am Not A Human Being II Lil Wayne goes small.
-
The Musical Hype
‘I Am Not a Human Being II’ is a good Lil Wayne album, not a great one. Too often, he aims small as opposed to intellectually or cutting edge.
-
Hiphopdx
There is nothing extraterrestrial about it, though that’s not to say it isn’t fun some of the time.
-
NOW Magazine
His work is disappointing and devoid of the searing, brilliant whimsy and menace of his previous drug-incubated work
-
Montreal Gazette
Even on auto-pilot, Lil Wayne is worth checking in with.
-
The 405
If he placed as much effort into putting out quality noises as he does into hedonism, then we'd have a masterpiece on our hands.
-
Hype Beast
His impeccable track record of hard work, relevancy and determination should lead us to rest easy, as any gaps in this album, Tha Carter V should certainly fill.
-
Digital Spy
Despite making no secret of his growing weariness for rap music, there was still a sense that Lil Wayne was putting his all into I Am Not A Human Being II.
-
PPCorn
Love it or hate it, one thing I can say for certain is that I’m Not a Human Being II will leave you speechless.
-
The Clarion
Some of Lil Wayne’s new songs leave much to be desired, after listening to the album.
-
Plan !t Kane
It is all too predictable.
-
Treble Zine
Wayne just doesn’t seem to care on I Am Not A Human Being II.
-

I Am Not A Human Being II is by no means a perfect album, but it is another nice milestone in Lil Wayne‘s career.
-
Planet Ill
I Am Not A Human Being II is probably the worst album I’ve ever heard from someone of Lil Wayne’s caliber.
