GENERATIONS
| JourneyGENERATIONS
Generations is the twelfth studio album by the American rock band Journey. It was the band's last album with lead singer Steve Augeri and second album with drummer Deen Castronovo, confirming the line-up of 2001's Arrivaland 2002's Red 13 EP. The album was given away for free by the band during most of the concerts of the Generations Tour in 2005, and subsequently released on Sanctuary Records later the same year. -wikipedia

Generations finds the band continuing onward
-
Metal temple
surely not a classic album but I think better than Arrival. More 'hardrocking', more 'focused' and - surely - less experimental.
-
Melodic Rock
an album that still rates as a must-buy for melodic rock fans, but it isn't a classic.
-
Sea of Tranquility
Journey have proved here with Generations that they still have plenty of gas left in the tank, and can rock out with the best of them.
-
Metal Express
this is one of the “heavier” releases that Journey has put out in quite awhile
-
Atternative-Zine
old time fans of the band might enjoy this, but to me it was as unneeded as a bottle of fine wine and stale cheese
