all eyez on me

All Eyez on Me is the fourth studio album by American rapper 2Pac (and the last to be released during his lifetime), released on February 13, 1996 by Death Row and Interscope Records. The album features the Billboard Hot 100 number-one singles "How Do U Want It" and "California Love". It featured five singles in all, the most of any of Shakur's albums. Moreover, All Eyez on Me made history as the first double-full-length hip-hop solo studio album released for mass consumption globally. - Wikipedia

It is paranoid and brazen, fun and fearless.

The lyrical content may be less original, but the sound is better.

If I had to only have one album in my playlist for life, it’d definitely be this one.

With solid tracks from top to bottom, the album is easily one of the best of all time.

Not all the tracks are "masterpieces," but I do still think that the good majority of tracks were dope.

Is 2Pac the thug icon in all his brazen excess, throwing off all self-control and letting it all hang out.

With this album, he then started using his gangster persona.

Far too long double album that's as sloppy and full of filler material as a Manwich.

Is an immense spewing of indignation and provocation, set to a brilliantly varied range of G-funk grooves.
